So, with a 1-9 youre getting an Instant speed Divination that costs one extra, which isnt great, that would probably be a 1.5 or 2.0, but isnt the worst fail case when the 10-19 gives you a pretty great effect for the cost -- like Behold the Multiverse without Foretell, and thats a good place to be
